After contacting us and setting up your first appointment, you will receive an all-intake packet prior to your first visit. This will include our personalized/custom concierge setup service to make your first appointment designed just for you.

Start with a conversation with our professionals to understand your unique story and health history.
3. Discover
Join a deep-dive consultation to identify root causes and create your fully customized treatment plan.
4. Personalized Health Audit
Three days after your appointment, you’ll receive a landscape of your health based on the data received while custom medication is being prepared. With this, you’ll learn about your health, custom medication, and why this works for you and your history.
5. Receive Your Customized Medication
Four days after your appointment, you’ll receive your custom medication made from what was discovered in your consultation. Here, you’ll begin your personalized care cycle with a custom formulation and a 90-day follow-up support to adapt and refine your plan.

The process begins by downloading the intake packed and scheduling your appointment for Consultation and Assessment. During this appointment we will go over your entire health history, relevant lab work and established diagnosis(es). By taking a look at your existing health terrain we are able to establish and custom tailor a medicine to your unique health journey. We utilize over 138 herbs from 13 cultures, and 6 continents to ensure that your medicine is truly One of One.

Anyone who has grown tired of not finding relief from traditional major medical and pharmaceutical options. From Women's Health, Autoimmune Conditions, Chronic Pain Management, Elderly Cognitive Health, Addiction Recovery and almost every major Chronic condition.

Three days after your Consultation, you'll receive your personalized health audit. This gives you a bird's eye overview of your health journey, goals, and the steps we intend to take to help. Four days after the audit (7 days after your appointment) you will receive your personalized One of One medication and intention/usage guide.

At every 90 day followup appointment, your formulation will be modified based on our progress towards your health goals. Most patients report 3-4 alterations before finding their precise formulation.
